K.I.N.G. Talks - KING Talks Ep20 | Sa Neter
play

11/15/18 • 46 min

Our latest guest is the host of BlackNews 102 and SaNeterTV. Brother Sa Neter is an icon in the 'New Black Conscious Community'. We pull in our guy and prominent Urban Apologist, Adam Coleman, to guest host this episode. Adam and Sa discuss the Conscious Community and what attracted him to it. We also ask the question why the Conscious Community is so hostile toward the Christian Church and often label Christianity the 'slave-masters' religion and a possible pathway forward for changing that narrative. To cap it off, we reveal plans for an upcoming collaboration between K.I.N.G. and Sa Neter TV where leading scholars from the Christian and Conscious Community will hold a moderated debate for the public. This episode is important for so many reasons and represents a paradigm shift in the dialogue between Christians and the Conscious Community. Check it out!

K.I.N.G. Talks - KING Talks Ep17 | Table Talk on Jay Morrison
play

09/26/18 • 60 min

We have a powerful panel of brothers on this week's Table Talk to reflect on what our previous guest, real estate and business mogul, Jay Morrison had to say. Host Adam Coleman links up with recording artist, entrepreneur, and soon-to-be new host of The K.I.N.G. Talks Podcast, Sean Slaughter--as well as financial educator, founder & CEO of ESE (Economic Social Empowerment), Rob Jones! Rob especially brings an awesome perspective to this Table Talk given his background in finance and having worked directly with Jay Morrison on projects such as The Tulsa Real Estate Fund. One of the questions the brothers attempt to grapple with the most is how we can make responsible finance and management 'cool' to urban youth who have been sold a different marketing message about 'gettin' money'. This dialogue is comprised of substance AND solutions! Don't miss it!

Episode 13 of KING Talks is live! In Part 2 of the David Banner Table Talk Discussion, Host Adam Coleman gets into his bag of apologetics and directly addresses some of the conventional objections to the Christian faith that David Banner voiced in our interview.

On this episode we address the questions:

Was the Jesus story told 12 times prior to his existence?

Is the Christian Story a rehashed version of the Isis, Horus, and Osiris Saga?

Is the Biblical Trinitarian Godhead of Father, Son and Holy Spirit sexist?

Should folks just leave their religion at home and keep it private?

Does the Christian Church have a poor record on matters of police brutality and social injustice?
