With 2 Oscar-nominated films, under her belt, playing historical characters - Tricia Nixon in Ron Howard's "Frost/Nixon" & British captive Lydia in "Alone Yet Not Alone" - Jenn's developed an uplifting brand as an American leading lady in wholesome and redemptive movies. Jenn Gotzon appears as the cover model on several magazines including Valley Social who printed, "Gotzon continuously garners awards for her Meryl Streep chameleon-like transformations" inspired from the Hollywood casting director Bill Dance after he saw Jenn win "Best Actress" for her protagonist role in short film "Stained." He told the press, "I felt like I was watching a young Meryl Streep on screen."

Jenn has won awards from the Film Advisory Board for her performance as a destructive alcoholic party girl in "Doonby" opposite of John Schneider and Ernie Hudson. Followed by a festival "Best Actress" nod for her role as the Ferrari-driving egocentric firm partner in "God's Country." She received best actress for "Forgiven" playing hostage bound pastor's daughter and good-nature, adulterated wife in "The Good Book." Gotzon received recent success for bringing harmony to the racial divide through her first comedic role in the trending award-winning comedy "Love Different." Eventually, Gotzon made her way out west working in human resources for Google acclimating googles. In 2002, she landed her first protagonist role in romantic-drama "Julie and Jack" (directed by James Nguyen best known for his cult-classic "Birdemic") earning her a Best Actress award in the San Francisco independent film market. Finally, she journeyed south of San Francisco to the lights and glamour of Hollywood. She learned about Studio productions by doing stand-in work and made featured appearances on TV shows "Pushing Daisies", "House", "CSI: NY" and films "Yes Man" and "500 Days of Summer".

In 2008, she was blessed to help make cinematic history by starring in the dramatic short film "Stained" which was the first film ever shot on the RED Camera to win multiple awards at a film festival pulling in an astounding 13 accolades including a Best Actress award to Gotzon. A few months later, she received the Rising Star award for her ROM-com short "Chemistry" where festival judges started saying, "Jenn Gotzon has the effervescence of Reese Witherspoon and the emotional depth of Kate Winslet."

Later that year, her career exploded on the red carpet at the world premiere of "Frost/Nixon" in London at the BFI Film Festival.. Even though her character Tricia was in six scenes and all cut out to a few glimpses, independent filmmakers saw Gotzon's star rising.

In March 2010, Jenn was offered her first major lead role in "Doonby" surrounded by a veteran all-star cast: John Schneider, Ernie Hudson and Robert Davi. Since then, Jenn Gotzon has starred in over 20 film and television productions many of which were directly offered.

Shirl has spent the last twenty years speaking for Conferences, Workshop Leader, teaching at Women’s Retreats, leading Lady’s Bible study groups, along with other large and small group opportunities. Two of her speaking engagements messages were strongly requested to be put into books, one of which is already published on Amazon Kindle, “When that Which Is Perfect Has Come; He Gives Us a Voice”. This book helps to bring a person from the tragedy that keeps us silence to redemption which gives us a voice, or better a testimony.
As an author, Shirl focuses on taking the needs of Christian women seriously and delivers deep Biblical responses to their needs. She also encourages her audience to stand up and take their rightful place as Godly women. Her second book, “God’s Battle Plan” teaches how to fight spiritual battles, straight out of a chapter in Judges, and will soon be released. Teaching these verse by verse principles for the last fifteen years, women have come to Shirl sharing their battle victories; children released from incarceration, marriage restored, families reunited, love ones freed from dependencies, and demons were cast out of homes and loved ones.
At a young age Shirl had a love for God and ministry. At the age of sixteen she started her first home bible study after leading high school friends to the Lord. Became a youth director at the age of nineteen, and a church planter starting new churches in her twenties, along with working with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Crusades, YWAM, Child Evangelism Fellowship, and the Crisis Pregnancy Center. After marrying Wladimir thirty years ago, working in ministries continued especially in the deaf community, with starting a Bible Study for the deaf and eventually co-starting a Deaf Church in Murfreesboro, TN. Shirl’s real love is still working with children where her love for evangelism and memorizing God’s word, led her and her family to Awana Club International which she eventually became a missionary for Awana. May 2020 she was awarded Awana’s highest honor, the Citation Achievement Award. Shirl and her husband are frequently asked to run various ministries, mostly dealing with children, within churches all across the middle Tennessee area. Shirl was even asked to run the Women’s Ministry at a local church after the majority of their women was frequently attending her other speaking engagements.
For twenty-five years Shirl has been home educating her six children, where for two years in the early ninety’s she taught at various homeschool conferences. Throughout these home educating years, Shirl has also been asked to teach at several homeschooling co-ops, high schools, and colleges. She was even asked to interview at a University in Nashville for a teaching assignment for their Christianity program. She refused after she was informed that they did not want her to teach from the Bible. She did, however, was given a doctorate for her years of studying the Bible in the original Hebrew and Greek.
Currently, Shirl is building several businesses for when her youngest graduates in May 2021 and sets her free from her homeschooling responsibilities. She and her oldest daughter opened a Travel Agency, “Online Travel and Cruise” which specializes in cruises. She has been ordained as a minister and is always excited to see where God leads in that area, but she is most passionate about coaching, Life Coaching, Professional Coaching, and Financial Coaching, and has recently added Evangelism Coaching, all these coaching avenues are to bring her clients to a deeper relationship with God.
