Just Think: The Podcast

Just Think: The Podcast is hosted by 3 American women who invite you into their conversation about current events and challenge you to think critically about the information you are given. With a strong aversion to labels, political correctness, and censorship and committed to the premise that they never want to tell people WHAT to think but instead challenge everyone to not blindly accept what we are told is true but to ask hard, sometimes uncomfortable questions around the topics affecting all of us, to search for the answers among a variety of sources, to consider inherent bias...this podcast will challenge you to JUST THINK for yourself.

Meet Holly, Kristen & Amy, three moms, wives, and businesswomen on a search to find what is true in a world full of increasingly biased reporting and information. Raised with three different political ideologies and on three different journeys to discover what they believed for themselves, these three friends found that as they asked a lot of questions and sought out the answers from a variety of sources, the political divide becomes irrelevant when you are united in finding the truth. What they also discovered was that not everyone was questioning the narratives, asking the questions, utilizing their critical thinking skills. And so they decided to take their conversations with each other to a podcast where they don't tell people what to think, they simply invite others to join them in trying it-- in asking questions, searching for answers, critically thinking through what they are learning, and challenging their own biases.

Just Think: The Podcast - Episode 58: End of Quote, Repeat the Line
play

07/13/22 • 57 min

This week we discuss presidential gaffes, the biggest drug crisis in America which is a direct result of the crisis at the border, universally recognized experts on jibby jabs for children criticizing the FDA approval because there is ZERO proven benefit, accusations of white supremacy that ironically are racist in and of themselves, American oil being sent to China while China buys up more American land and joins Russia and Iran in military exercises south of the US border...all of this and the MSM is relatively SILENT. For them it seems the objective is to "repeat the line" even when it is absolute bunk, hoping that if they say it enough, we will believe it. We talk about it...join us.

The gaslighting attempts are escalating--the spin, the propaganda, the twisting of the truth to fit a narrative--is so prevalent it is now normalized. It seems that some believe if they say something enough, even if it is false, they can make it true. At the very least, they seem to be able to make it believable to some. And NONE of us are exempt from being impacted by it. It is why now, more than ever, we must work to resist cognitive dissonance, disconnect from any tribalism that contributes to blind trust, ask questions, search for the truth ourselves, JUST THINK, and feel free to speak our minds. This week, we "fact check" the "fact checkers" on some hot topics. Now that election season is at hand, you better believe the attempts to manipulate you with fear and anger will escalate, and you need to be prepared to combat this with clarity and the truth.

Just Think: The Podcast - Episode 120: "Let The Science Speak" with Dr. Brian Hooker, PhD
play

12/08/23 • 65 min

For years, many have been calling on the CDC to produce one simple study: look at the health outcomes of "inoculated vs uninoculated" children to see if our efforts to end childhood diseases, with 73 jibby jabs on the CDC schedule for children today, is producing the desired outcomes, factoring all risks and benefits.

Not-so-shocking newsflash: The CDC has never produced any such study. But Dr. Brian Hooker, PhD, along with Robert F Kennedy, Jr. decided to look through already published studies to see if that science would give any insight to this end, and sure enough--the science speaks. The problem is there are those who want to silence the science. These two men decided to publish their findings in a new book out right now, and in this episode we interview Dr. Hooker to discover some of his jaw-dropping findings and to hear his experience battling the CDC for information, discovering a whistleblower within, and exposing the destruction of evidence that proved these jibby jabs aren't as safe and effective as we have been told.

Just Think: The Podcast - Episode 130: "My American Privilege" with Alma Ohene-Opare
play

02/16/24 • 77 min

Alma Ohene-Opare is a software engineer, a tech entrepreneur, a writer, and social commentator. He's also host of the Restitch America Podcast which aims to bridge the gap between the political factions in America through civil discourse and to advocate for a return to the founding ideals of the United States. We first met and interviewed Alma in 2021 when his video recording of his message to President Biden went viral. We were struck by his eloquence, his unique perspective as an immigrant in the United States, and his ability to calmly "speak the truth in love". Having immigrated from Ghana and followed the legal path to citizenship, Alma and his wife are now American citizens who will be voting in their first presidential election this year. In his book that is out TODAY, "My American Privilege", Alma chronicles his journey to American citizenship and reveals the many reasons why he is grateful to be an American citizen and wants to help protect this country from destruction.

Many of us, both within the medical profession and outside of it, have gained tremendous clarity through the realization that we all need to "unlearn" so much of what we have learned about health, nutrition, medicine, prevention, etc. Nurse Practitioner, Lauren Johnson, or "Natural Nurse Momma" as she is known to her more than 200,000 followers on social media, realized while practicing medicine that she needed to unlearn so much of what she had been taught in medical school in order to help her patients truly be healed and healthy. And she realized this after battling her own health conditions and examining her own medications and treatments. In this episode, we will challenge all of us to not be overwhelmed by the realization that you, too, may need to unlearn some things, or to be paralyzed by all the information available, but to instead "just think". What could be at the root of my health concerns? What am I doing that could make my life better or worse? And how can I move forward in making better, more informed choices, one day at a time. Change can be intimidating and overwhelming. We want to encourage you that change can be simple and incremental. And incremental changes can dramatically improve your health and your life.
