This week I'm talking about The Heckler by Keith Giffen, Tom and Mary Bierbaum, Malcolm Jones III, Bob Lewis, Steve Mitchell, Tom McCraw, and Bob Pinaha.

The Heckler was published by DC Comics and ran for 6 issues with cover dates ranging from September of 1992 to February of 1993, proving that there were great comics published in the 90s.
