3. Cutting Back on Alcohol : More Productivity, Better Health & A Clearer Mind

One of the biggest shifts I’ve had in my life over the past couple years is the amount of alcohol I consume, I’ve cut back tremendously. What really woke me up was doing Sober October back in 2019 and cutting out all booz for 30 days straight.

- First night out in LA, I missed a handful for networking opportunities because i was too busy drinking. Hard but valuable lesson to learn.
- Driving for Uber full-time, I worked every Friday & Saturday night
- I surrounded myself with go-getters, hustlers & passionate people
- Alcohol can bring people together for the right reasons or can be the only reason (32:20)

- But would we still be hanging with these people if we removed the booz?
- Now I drink to REWARD myself for a great week (34:15)
