Hi, my name is Matt Dell and I have no idea how I feel about imposter syndrome.

So, this is the prologue that started it all. On this episode I riff on my thoughts about imposter syndrome and why I started this podcast to begin with. I've struggled with mental illness for most of my life, but instead of digging a hole and burying it deep down I thought I would build it a pedestal and shine a large spotlight on it. Because when you're struggling with mental illness the best way to deal with your issues is to start a podcast.
