Antioxidants help all of our bodies systems function better and protect us from disease. Summer is the perfect time to get boost your health with all of the fresh fruits available at your grocery store or farmer's market. Here's a list of the best:
Fruits: Red grapes, peaches, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, red currants, figs, cherries, pears, guava, oranges, apricots, mango, cantaloupe, watermelon, papaya, and tomatoes.
Vegetables: spinach, carrots, potatoes, artichokes, cabbage, asparagus, avocados, beetroot, radish, lettuce, kale, sweet potatoes, squash, pumpkin, garlic, onions, and bell peppers (especially red which are higher in Vitamin C).
