Hey Cherries! If you know me, you know I give a lot of fucks. Arguably all the fucks, and it's dimmed my shine and taken me down most of my life. As an adult, my greatest feats have been getting off my own back, allowing myself to take up space, and moving on from the things that have hurt me.
I'm by no means "done" with these tasks, and I will never be. I see it all as an ongoing process, rather than something that can be neatly checked off a list (unfortunately).
What I can say, is that I genuinely feel a shift in my soul toward authentic and unconditional self love. I don't know if it's the natural passing of time, turning 30 soon, or the years of therapy I've engaged in, but thank goodness, because I can't stand shitting all over myself. I can't exist like that anymore.
Gabe talks to me about all of these meta and existential things this week, and it's wonderful to see how our opposite personalities collide in synchronicity.
