Olawunmi Brigue is a Transformational Coach, Writer and Speaker dedicated to helping Christians overcome stagnation, problematic life areas and limiting behavioural patterns that have persisted despite their best efforts.

In the not too distant past, she herself was trapped in a cycle of failure and helplessness, pregnant out of wedlock and rejected, jobless, penniless and bitter, full of guilt and shame, confused and depressed.

By using the same inside-out transformational principles she now teaches, her life was transformed from broke and broken to healed, restored and a super-abundant success.

Through multiple platforms, Olawunmi is empowering Christians to overcome internal and external barriers so that they can consistently produce results in life that can only be described as Supernatural.

Luv you all,

Candi

Learn more about Coach Caprice at her website www.excusefreefitness.com NEW! Book link below... Purchase Carpice's new book Prayers Up, Weight Down! at https://www.amazon.com/Prayers-Weight-Caprice-OBryant-Gutierrez/dp/0692137254 About Caprice - A MUST READ! In 2007, Caprice survived a serious car accident, which left her with a traumatic brain injury. She was unable to walk and had impaired cognitive abilities—to the point where she had difficulty following simple instructions. Thanks to the help of an extensive 5-month regimen of physical, speech and occupational therapy, Caprice was able to miraculously recover and attend high school. Not only did she reunite with her classmates, but Caprice joined her high school track team and quickly rose to stardom. She won every race and was named conference champion at each event. Sure, she had to wear a knee brace, but that didn’t stop her from doing what she loved! After getting back on her feet and returning to a ‘normal’ life, Caprice was unfortunately in another car accident, just three years later. This time, she was left with devastating injuries which would affect her for the rest of her life—grand mal seizures. In fact, in 2012 she suffered a seizure so severe that she was left with retrograde amnesia, leaving her with no memory of the first nineteen years of her life. Caprice woke up in a hospital, not knowing her name or the family that surrounded her. She was admitted into every major research and top-notch hospital in the country (Mayo Clinic, Christ, Loyola, Northwestern, UIC, etc.) and was eventually diagnosed with epilepsy. While all of this could have brought anyone down, without the drive to move forward, Caprice was instead fueled by her battle and decided to live by the mantra ‘stomp out every excuse’. In her eyes, there was no excuse to not stay healthy and fit, which always made her feel better, empowering her to focus her energy on what she could do, instead of being tied down by her circumstances. It made her feel unbreakable. Caprice became certified and opened the popular Excuse Free Fitness! With her gym, Caprice strives to provide her clients with a sense of hope and inspiration to never give up, no matter life’s circumstances.

We are so grateful to Vanessa Echols for joining us today as we kick off October Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Our series this month will feature stories of survivors and supporters. Please tell everyone you know who has been impacted by Cancer to tune in! There is a message of hope in each testimony. From www.compassionatehandsandhearts.org Vanessa is a Breast cancer survivor and founder of Compassionate Hands and Hearts Breast Cancer Outreach. When Vanessa was diagnosed with Stage Two breast cancer in 2004, it was in that moment that she knew God had a purpose in allowing cancer to be a part of her life’s journey. She soon realized the importance of awareness and education, and shared her story with WFTV Channel 9 viewers throughout Central Florida who’d been watching her anchor the news over the years. With countless doctors visits, medical tests, chemotherapy, radiation and surgeries, the long journey was both emotionally and physically draining for Vanessa, her family and friends. It was her faith and support from her loved ones that brought her through the fight. And it was conquering that fight that inspired her to help others walking the same path. Vanessa’s story of bravery, strength and passion opened doors to spread the message at community events and created opportunities to get involved with local efforts to fight cancer, inspiring people across Central Florida. However, Vanessa felt her calling was for something much greater... and that was Compassionate Hands and Hearts. Together with inspiring cancer survivors, compassionate supporters and giving individuals, Vanessa fights everyday to have a positive impact in the lives of breast cancer patients and their families.
