What is it you want to accomplish this year?

Imagine yourself at the end of the year, having accomplished the goal. What are the steps you took to achieve it?

Now write that out as an action plan, and execute it.

In my Wed guys' chat this morning, the topic of gratitude came up and we talked for awhile about why gratitude journaling is so difficult.

Why, when we're living in the greatest time in recorded history, do we have such a hard time coming up with things to be grateful and thankful for?

I want you to set goals that are so huge you don't see any way possible to achieve them. And then pick the smallest action that will move you towards that goal, and do it. Over, and over, and over again.

You'll be amazed at the progress you make, even if you don't fully reach the goal you set.
