Feel Grateful

Sikeli Lala

There’s No Control Over What Other People Will Do. We Can Control How We Are, Our Reactions and What We Value In Life. Our Pasts Inner Self Shame and Pain May Hold Us from Finding True Happiness. We May Lose Ourselves. As a side effect of growing up around violence, alcoholics, abuse, I was diagnosed with a mental disorder that tried to bound me to past trauma. I started “Feel Grateful” in the hopes to help someone else break free from similar past pains and take a chance at living a better life with with gratitude. Join me on my experiences in life that helped shape me to help others.
