In today's episode I am giving the kids a little task to write out a reflection on three things that made them feel good or made their year better. A memory that they made at school that they would not have made without going to school. Sometimes school sucks so it is really important that we emphasize the special memories the good times that make the hard times all worth it!

Food is fuel

Last week we talked about three important things our bodies need to feel the best and we really emphasized on sleep. So, this week we are diving deep into food! We are helping kids understand food is fuel buttt we can also still enjoy! Lets help our next generation have a healthy relationship with their food so they truly understand what their body needs !!
I hope this episode helps open a conversation for you and your little about food and what foods will help them have more energy leading to more fun and good attitudes!!
