Happy Valentines day everyone!! Today I just wanted to check in and spread the love! I am so so thankful for all of you who listen in each week and I just want you to know I appreciate you! Today we are reflecting on lasts week episode and I give a few small reminders of how to make everyones day extra special today!

(For Littles) Why is SELF LOVE important?

With valentines day around the corner everyoneee is talking about sharing and spreading love and kindness especially in the schools. Yes I think loving others isss sooooo important but there is a step that a lot of people sometimes forget first.... That step is loving our selves!!!! Today we are diving into why loving ourselves is important and actually makes it easier for us to show love to others! I use a fun example with the kids so make sure they grab their love bucket (hint) and come join the party!!
I think today is a going to for sure help the kids grasp the concept of self love and the importance of how sharing love with yourself allows you to actually share more with others after!

Tune in to todays episode with your littles to help normalize the feeling of fear! Today I share a story of a time fear was really hard for me and I had to keep picking myself up and trying again no matter how scary it was! By doing this I proved to myself that I am stronger than the fear that is in my way and I really can do hard things!
I want our littles to know how brave they are and how strong they truly are! We are writing our own stories so it is time to fight fear and create a killer ending!!
