We're a little late putting out show number 18, so to make up for it, we have an extra special double whammy of groovy house and techno for you, featuring the last of our live recordings from the infamous "Works party" in December 2016. This time up we're lucky enough to have two sets, back to back as they happened on the night, from two exceptional DJ's that always do an incredible job of getting the party from a standstill to full speed in no time whatsoever: "HAAAYZ" and "HORSE"

Otherwise know as Chloe Hay, and Simon Wilson, these two have become a real pillar of this annual party that we couldn't do without. Their individual styles are always really well received by the crowd, with HAAAYZ guaranteed to dish out some varied beats that speak to her roots in Bass music and DnB, whilst always keeping a solid four to the floor vibe, and HORSE always offering some groovy and uplifting house, tech house and classic techno. So turn the volume up double loud for this double header from Decomposed Radio Show #018 featuring a live recording of sets from HAAAYZ and HORSE, at CODE Warehouse, Sheffield, in late 2016!

DECOMPOSED RADIO PODCAST #017: GusN8r LIVE FROM CODE WAREHOUSE, SHEFFIELD

For show number 17 we have another mix recorded live from CODE warehouse in Sheffield last December. This time featuring a set from GusN8r that was between 1.30am and 3am on the night, sandwiched between DJ Galup and Mark Broom. The atmosphere was incredible, the dancefloor was packed and it was great to see so many friendly faces, old and new in the crowd. We're really psyched that we managed to record the whole evening, as it's great to revisit the night and some amazing memories. The only regret is that we didn't record the sets at the after party, which were pretty outstanding! We still have sets from both Horse and HAAAYZ from the night, we checked them out whilst putting this show together and they're both cracking mixes, so we'll definitely also features those on the show at some point in the future! In the meantime, crank it up, and enjoy 90 minutes of dark, touch and trippy techno from GusN8r.

It's time for Decomposed Radio Show #019, this time up we're making a welcome return to solid, no-nonsense techno vibes with a killer mix from Sheffield based Michaela Tracy.

As with several of the DJ's featured on the show, Michaela is a super strong, accomplished climber. Not only is she a force to be reckoned with on the international World Cup bouldering circuit, she's been crowned British Bouldering Champion, and more recently crushed the competition at the Bloco Masters in Poland. All this means that we know her affectionately as "The Champ" which is well deserved! As a DJ, The Champ has some seriously solid skills, and an impeccable taste in tough, forward thinking, challenging techno, so you techno heads are in for a real treat this time round!
