What is your purpose? Some define their purpose as their careers, their passion or even what makes them wake up every morning. However, Francesca (@dearfranny) believes that someone’s purpose is the intersection between talent and abilities, and opportunities for one to be of service. Where do the things that you are naturally good at intersect? Are there things that you sometimes take for granted because they come so naturally to you? Things like making people to effortlessly open up to you, or maybe eloquently speaking in public, or even noticing the gaps in the ongoing fight for racial justice. You have the gifts and skills required, so what are you waiting for? How can you be of service in a way that others cannot? That is your purpose! And yes, your purpose can change from time to time based on the circumstances. Listen to this week’s episode to find out how you can identify your purpose and start changing the world, one action at a time.
