Suicide is coming; and on the rise; Call to Action Part 1

This is the police call that happened on July 5, 2020 starting at around 2:00am. A call came in for a person that was suicidal. Less than a couple of hours later? The "Patient" would be dead, and several MPD officers would be off duty while ISP investigates. We want you to hear this call FIRST. Then we will have another podcast or LIVE episode to discuss.
