"How do you stay motivated?" Is a question Darlene gets alot. It is not all about motivation. It is determination that helps her stay on track. Darlene discusses what helps her stay on track, her experiences with weight loss, weight gain, transformations and being a beginner in the gym. She has done it all, fad diets, competing in bikini competitions, cardio, and falling off track. Its been almost a year that she has stayed consistent after 6 years in the "exercise world" and it's been the best year yet for self-love, feeling confident in her own skin, and loving to work out!
