Welcome back to part two on my discussion with my friend, Nanette. Last week, she informed us all about exercises to prevent injury and the importance of incorporating a dynamic warm-up (episode #5). Today, she shares her family’s journey to adapting a vegetarian lifestyle. Now, if you are not interested in following a vegetarian diet, that’s totally okay, but maybe you want to try meatless Mondays or simply find more ways to add veggies to your family dinners – and most importantly making them taste delicious without the whine, and by whine I mean the complaints from the rest of the family. Bring on the red wine and enjoy our discussion on finding more ways to eat more plants. We have a lot of fun on this episode and I keep laughing as she says she eats about four cups of beans a day, that would not work for me but join us as she provides simple recipes, tips and more that work for her and hopefully you get a couple takeaways for yourself! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
