#BUCS Cross is undeniably the greatest cross country event of the year for Universities around the country!
Unfortunately, the event has been postponed this year... so I’ve decided, along with @rosscojammin & @ryan_green98 to collate as many memories of the event as possible!
We were inundated with stories and we had a great time recording this episode!

As a youngster, Ellen was incredibly active and competing in horse riding and hockey to a national level. She believes it was the fitness that she gained from doing different sports at a young age which has allowed her to be so successful in the heptathlon.
Her success in the sport has allowed her to travel the world to train and compete!
