Alarm Anxiety. You probably have it. I did. yknow that annoying sound once your alarm goes off and you gotta get up and adult. Ugh.
I use to have alarm anxiety until I changed my alarm from the default alarm on my phone to "Kusangi by Odesza". This has helped me in starting the day right and lowered my all around anxiety levels.
Try it! Change your alarm from a blaring obnoxious sound to a more calming relaxing sound or motivational speech for 7 days and see if you notice a difference.
