Seth talks with Dr. Brandon Yuenger, certified physical therapist, about integrating physical and metaphysical modalities to help people find relief from problems that have been difficult to solve and to help them understand why and how they can feel better.

They discuss how physical pain is often the surface symptom of mental or spiritual issues that need addressing, and Seth talks for a minute about his experience with microdosing psylocybin

Seth welcomes David Fink, former owner of the Acorn Theatre in Three Oaks, MI. They talk about creating a vibrant theatre in an old factory in a small rural town, being a gay man who lived through the AIDS crisis of the 1980s, having a partner who is battling substance abuse, and the many things (there are a lot) that David is doing currently. Things like facilitating the Story Archive, "a digital quilt of community memories and experiences" for the AIDS Garden in downtown Chicago, being the talent scout and producer for OUTspoken, a LGBTQ+ storytelling series, playing an instrumental role is Season Of Concern, an emergency fund for the Chicago theatre community, and touring the world with Surabhi Ensemble, whose mission is to demonstrate the connections between cultures and to teach a positive message of togetherness in creating, performing, and demonstrating new works of music and dance.

Dancer/therapist Hannah Sullivan and her partner Music Teacher/Music Therapist/Guitar Virtuoso Jeremy Verwys join Seth in their living room to talk about movement, music, mental health, and the Venn Diagram of the overlap between those three. Hannah gives her opinion on the enneagram, Jeremy is willing to say on camera how much he loves Bruce Hornsby, and Seth tells how AC/DC's Back In Black makes him have a particular taste in his mouth. Seth asks them how they balance their relationship and home life with both of them being creatives that requires a lot of time away from each other, but it turns out they have one of those boring, healthy relationships so he failed in starting a fight.
