The first exercise we practice getting into the habit of countering your negative thoughts with affirmations and how to help others do the same.

Brief distractions are an excellent way to gain a sense of calm and feel more grounded. In this exercise, we'll discuss different helpful distraction practices and end with the box breathing technique.
