I met Rob back in 2017 in the corporate world. I wanted him to join me on the podcast as he's someone I think of as naturally confident, so I knew it would be great to get his views on confidence and how he keeps his in check.
Give this one a listen, we talk about all-sorts of things obviously confidence related. It was so interesting for me to hear Rob talk about how his confidence is strongest when he's coming out of adversity and that what a rainy day meant 2 years ago now means something completely different. Knowing that lots of Rob's clients a Yapster are in the retail & hospitality industry I knew his business would be rocked to the core by COVID.
Rob Liddiard is co-founder CEO of Yapster, a mobile communication platform used by frontline organisations such as Next plc, Vision Express, Caffe Nero, Krispy Kreme, Marston's plc and many more.
A company lawyer (practising in London and Shanghai) previously, Rob co-founded Yapster in 2015 to provide organisations with largely 'offline' workforces a secure, inclusive and GDPR-compliant alternative to unofficial use of WhatsApp at work.
Over the past 6 years, Rob has become a specialist in the emerging field of Social Leadership, working with industry leaders to align and inspire hard-to-reach colleagues.
