In this episode I have a Confidence Conversation with Melanie Griffiths from Movement Junkie - Energy Healer, Clairvoyant Coach, Empress of Empowerment.
Melanie helps women become who they really are in their bodies, lives, relationships, jobs & selves through Movement - Dance, Fitness, Stretch + Strength Training and through Clairvoyant Coaching, Healing, Energy Work & Meditation.

She holds Classes, Workshops, 1-2-1 Sessions, Weekend Retreat and Movement Mindset Holidays - In Person & Online.

All the work, tools, exercises, techniques Melanie uses have been used by her to holistically heal stage 3 Cervical Cancer after being given 6 months to live by Medical Doctors 18 years ago!

We talk through all manner of confidence topics from comparisonitis, to social media being the show reel of life, to the picture of confidence that society imprints on us to understanding how confidence helped Melanie through her incredible, inspirational journey with cancer.
