How To Think About Your Career Like A 22 Year Old

Back in 2018, I interviewed my son who was a recent graduate in Nanoscience about his career path. He had two options, go into academia or pursue a career in consulting. He is still in consulting at present and enjoying it. Here is how he made the choice based on his values on a personal and professional level.
