In this episode we reminisce the good times and the bad times of 2020 and how this has brought as closer as a nation. How the Boris tier 4 announcement affected London and South East counties and how this drastic change would affect peoples Christmas and New Year plans. Overlooking the goals you have overcome this year and being grateful for the smaller things in life. Hello my pickles, I hope everyone is well and staying safe in LOCKDOWN 2.0. I wear YELLOW, to support those suffering in silence. This month is an extremely important month for me and to many out there. One of my goals this year was to speak up and help make a difference whether you're changing one persons life or 100, never-less its a life changed. This month we celebrate Mental Health Awareness but most importantly from the 16-20th of November, the world will be celebrating Anti-Bullying Week. Bullying can be distributed in so many forms whether it's your sexual orientation, the colour of your skin, your ethnicity, outing you for your body size, or even as small as targeting someone online anonymously. The word itself is so agitating and I can't sit here any longer, and live my life pleasing knowing that there are so many children/ people in our society that are suffering in silence. Not having anyone to turn too, not having that family stability support, pretending they're okay? When in reality all they want to do in crawl up in a ball and cry. Not having someone to hold their hand and tell them they are going to be okay? This year I have decided to do my part and spread the word out and create a campaign myself. Social media has been such a blessing for us to communicate with each other so its time to use it for a good cause! This month I have reached out to some incredible people and have set up some LIVES on my instagram on some exclusive interviews with these inspirational people where they talk about their own mental health and their journeys and battles. It has been so revolutionary and so inspirational to hear their traumas and insight to their vulnerability of Mental Health. I am also raising money for the Diana Award specifically targeting the Anti-Bullying Campaign they have in place, where it engages young children, parents, teachers, ANYONE to change the attitudes, behaviours and the culture of bullying by building skills and addressing different situations both online and off-line.
