She gained an extensive background in program management and strategic planning working for the US Army and as a consultant for companies in both the government and private sectors.

Her focus on financial coaching began when she faced some tough financial lessons with UNEQ Consulting, LLC, a six-figure consulting business she ran with her husband Mike. On November 1st 2013, Mike had a near fatal fall 18 feet off of a ladder, and by the grace of God he survived, but their company did not. It took 39 months, but they paid the business and personal debt off at a total of over $76,000.00.

Today, she applies the lessons learned from UNEQ and her training as a financial coach, project manager, strategic planner, and attorney to work with other entrepreneurs to implement positive and powerful changes to help their businesses thrive and grow. In this episode I'm joined by Brittany Hogan, Confidence and Success Coach. Her story is slightly different from most entrepreneurs and coaches. Mainly because she loves her career in the corporate world too.

She has always been obsessed with goal setting and is one of those "overachiever" types--which she fully embraces and loves now.

She has built all of her coaching businesses in pockets of time on the side of a full-time job. Her main goal is to show women just like her that they can do both! You can crush your career and also set crazy ambitious goals on the side too. It doesn't have to be one or the other. You can make both work and design a life you absolutely love.

Todays episode we are joined by Haley Champion, a 24 year old originally from Northern Virginia, but currently living in Eastern North Carolina with her husband, who is a marine, at Camp Lejeune.

She enlisted in the Navy at 17 and left active duty in February of 2019 after 5 years of service as a Hospital Corpsman.

Immediately after leaving active duty she began her career as a bikini competitor and began coaching her own clients as a fitness coach not long after.
