How to Get Your First Break

Have you ever wondered how to get your ‘in’ in a company? What qualifies one candidate above another in a given job search?

But as I’ve been telling college graduates these days, if you want to help your chances, you must be willing to meet people and take a personalized approach to networking. Even if you have to associate outside your comfort zone, to catch your first break, often that’s the place you want to be.
