Rod has pretty much done it all, competing in Muaythai, Boxing, MMA and Submission grappling and has produced a stellar team of fighters with guys like Matt Sullivan, Nathan Jones and Niam Stephens to name a few. They talk about coaching philosophies for Muay thai and MMA, How Rod when from competing in Muaythai to Fighting in MMA and also his team's regular appearances at the WMO muaythai games representing Australia.
