Colleen Lopez of Colleen Lopez Events sits down with Cole and shows why she is the premier event planner in the Inland Northwest.She has some incredible insights on life, and comes with a deep history of working in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She was once the fine dining manager at Beverly’s, but followed her heart and quit to go on a 2 month honeymoon excursion with her husband. In fact they both quit their jobs with no idea what her next endeavor would be until one of her childhood friends called her in a panic about her wedding day. That’s when she stepped up to the plate and offered to be her point of person the day of her wedding. It was the response from her friend when she exclaimed “you know people will actually pay you to do that” when she had the AHA moment and started her business the next day.

In episode 47 Tom Morgan, founder of the Lake City Bicycle Collective sits down with Cole to talk about how he came to starting the non-profit which provides 300 bikes and counting at no cost to kids in the community. In what started as noticing bikes in disrepair at clients homes, Tom found a need in the community that falls right in line with his passion of bicycles. There are hundreds if not thousands of kids in our community that don’t have bikes, who are left out when it comes times to jump on their bike with their friends. “Not only that a bike is a great form of transportation without having to deal with the burden of a car.” Says Tom. Tabitha comes with a deep history of working with Boys & Girls Clubs all around the Northwest. She was once the director of Operations with The Boys and Girls Club of Kootenai County, and recently started following her greater life’s passion in helping nonprofits and businesses with fundraising, PR, and marketing all while maintaining a balance in life that keeps a smile on her face. Apart from her business she runs marathons, volunteers all over the place, teaches fitness classes, and still finds time to play on the lake..

In a years time she has grown her business by 500% and is making a huge impact in our community.
