We have interviewed Maryam Raji who is a final-year PhD candidate in Management at The University of Melbourne, Australia. She holds a first-class honours degree in Electronic, Control and Systems Engineering from the University of Sheffield, UK, and a master’s degree in Engineering Systems Management from the American University of Sharjah, UAE. Maryam’s PhD research uses quantitative and qualitative methods to investigate why engineers remain in or leave engineering. Her research spans the sociocultural contexts of Australia and the Gulf Cooperative Council (GCC) countries. Findings from Maryam’s research have the potential to enhance the Human Resource (HR) function through improving employees’ experiences of the workplace and reducing turnover. Maryam’s research has been published in international peer-reviewed journals. Maryam has tutored undergraduate subjects in engineering and management in the UAE and Australia. She has also worked as an engineer in the telecommunications and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries. Maryam has worked for organisations in Australia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Nigeria. Lennis is a Wellness Engineer, a public speaker, certified in plant-based nutrition, and certified as a Chopra meditation instructor. She holds a Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering and comes from an engineering family, her father is a Civil Engineer and her brother is a Mechanical Engineer. Her mission is to break the stigma within the engineering community about mental health and help create awareness on stress management tools that can be used daily to bring more fulfilment and fun.

In this Episode, we interviewed Mark Herschberg. He is the author of "The Career Toolkit, Essential Skills for Success That No One Taught You". Mark has spent his career launching and developing new ventures at startups and Fortune 500s and in academia. He helped to start the Undergraduate Practice Opportunities Program, dubbed MIT’s “career success accelerator,” where he teaches annually. At MIT, he received a B.S. in physics, a B.S. in electrical engineering & computer science, and an M.Eng. in electrical engineering & computer science, focusing on cryptography. At Harvard Business School, Mark helped create a platform used to teach finance at prominent business schools. He also works with many non-profits, including Techie Youth and Plant A Million Corals.

In this episode, we spoke with Mr Sunil Godse about Intuition and how it helps to change your decision. Mr Sunil went to study Civil Engineering, but he decided to drop out of college and start his enterpenureship life which was against his parents. In his Journey of his enterpenureship, he figured what it is called "Intuition " and start figuring out what is made off. He published two book s. The 1st one called " Fail Fast. Succeed Faster" and the 2nd one called "GUT !". He even published a podcast called " The Intuitionology Podcast Series" where he speaks guest to speak about their intuitions.

Dr Stephanie Ryan, PhD is a chemist, a boy mom, and a social media influencer who enjoys using her background to create superior educational products and content.
Although an academic at heart, Dr Stephanie is passionate about learning through play. She can be found helping young kids explore the fascinating world around them. She also published a book called " Let's Learn about Chemistry" where you can find it here.

Over the years, Dr Stephanie has taught science to all age groups, both in and out of the classroom, helping toddlers learn about their world and college students define theirs. She is an active member of the chemistry education community and is currently a committee member of the International Activities Committee for the Division of Chemical Education.
Dr Stephanie earned her PhD in the Learning Sciences and her M.S. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She earned her B.S. in Chemistry from Saint Mary’s College.
