Christ Centered Meditation 05: Filled with His Spirit & 1 John 4

In this meditation we spend time noticing and eradicating distractions. We also delve into awareness and breath work while reading from 1 John 4. In this chapter we review the life, love and purpose behind God sending His only Son, Jesus Christ. It is through the life of Christ that we are able to love one another and gain eternal life. This is the fifth episode and we will be reading from 1 John 4, in the NKJV You can listen to this podcast anywhere, but for optimal experience, try to eliminate distractions, and find a quiet space. :) This is a space for people who are looking for guided meditation on the Word, truth and love of Jesus Christ. We live in a fast-paced world and setting aside time to dwell in the presence of the Lord strengthens our faith and confidence in Christ and simultaneously weakens the powers and principalities of darkness.
