In this special episode of the podcast we are joined by Imam Ammar Sacha who is the 23 year old Imam at York Mosque. We cover a fair chunk of things in this episode from mental health stigma to what teachings are in scripture about mental health. Alongside this we talk about societal perceptions of Islam and the impact of the riots on the community. We also answer a number of questions that were kindly sent into us by members of York Mosque where we cover self harm, intrusive thoughts and Wudu.
