Charles Grantham, NBPA former Executive Director

Charles Grantham served as the first Executive Director of the National Basketball Players Association and currently heads the Center for Sports Management at Seton Hall University. He talks about the history of labor negotiations in the NBA and what lessons can be learned from collective bargaining when trying to lead a movement and create structural and systemic change.
