Ever notice how every guy is super eager to talk about what he does for work - but not to go that one step deeper and share how his virtues bring success in that job?

The irony is that it's actually way more helpful (and important) to share why we are successful with our brothers than what it is we're good at.

Underneath that success there are always virtues. Many businessmen think of virtues like perseverance, diligence, attentiveness, or energy. My claim though is that actually those aren't the real ones.
