These live weekly kind of educational platforms are going to, I hope, adds some great value to you all. We're very interested in feedback. So first and foremost, as our first kind of stab at this, I would like to hear from each of you on this live recording today.
I'm going to give you just the quick 30,000 foot view about Ridge, who we are as a company, what it is that we do. Some of you have heard this sound bite before, so I hate the idea of being redundant, but for everybody else, this is what we're about.
We are a second generation company. We focus a large amount of our attention on the non-owner-occupied individual residential real estate investor. We do commercial as well, but residential is most of what occupies our day to day.
We are licensed nationwide, so we have a nice, broad footprint. There are four states that are an exception to that statement. We are not in Alaska, North Dakota, New York or Vermont. Pretty sure it's Vermont. Otherwise, we're going to be everywhere
I am a fellow real estate investor. I've held many, many properties all over the United States, so I hope that that unique perspective adds some credibility to who we are and what we deliver for our investor clients.
It's really about teaching our clients how to get to that next level, and that goes back into the optimization.
We will find a way in which to educate you, to get you to qualify, right? If there's some wood that we have to cut upfront, we're able to lay it out, provide you with the information so that you have the tools to then get back in the saddle when the time comes.
