BUT ...
The offer you submit is contingent on selling YOUR house, so you have enough money for a down payment.
And just when you think the house is yours, someone else swoops in with a non-contingent offer ... giving you 24 hours to withdraw the contingency.
Which ain't gonna happen. And so, you're back to square one.
