085: Self-judgement + the cure

Lately I have seen and heard plenty of self-judgement both from myself and from my clients. So in todays episode we are identifying what that judgement looks like and to turn it around. Often we feel like we are just conveying the news, relaying the facts to to ourselves. But the fact is we are judging ourselves and it’s adding an extra layer of hurt. So let's get to the solution and how to move through our experiences and away from the added layer of self-judgement
