Welcome to Boldly Me!
If there's one person that is qualified to speak about living boldly and authentically as themselves, it's Lizzie Velasquez. Lizzie is a motivational speaker, anti-bullying activist and author. She has an incredibly rare condition that, among other symptoms, prevents her from accumulating body fat and gaining weight. At just 17 years old, Lizzie discovered a video calling her the ’World’s Ugliest Woman’ on YouTube.
In the first episode of Boldly Me, she joins Chloé to chat about the moment she realised she was different, the effects of being a victim to cruel cyber-bullying, and her incredible career spent inspiring others.
