Our guest in this episode is Beatriz ‘Bia’ Mesquita, a Jiu Jitsu competitor with arguably the best competitive record of all time, in both Gi and Nogi. She has won 23 titles at black belt level in the 4 major Gi Championships, and holds the record for the most IBJJF World titles.
