I’ve "believed" in God, but for most of my life, I was a pretty lukewarm Christian.

In fact, if you were to scroll back far enough on my Instagram feed, you'd find some posts I’m not proud of.

In 2020, God had a coming to Jesus meeting with me & shook me out of my lukewarmness.

Fast forward to today, I’m still far from perfect, but I’ve made major progress in reflecting Christ in my business.

I still remember the day God told me to bring Him into the coaching space (I was seeing a lot of new age beliefs at that time).

He even told me that my title would be: Faith Based Business Coach!

The BIBLES, Babies, & Business podcast exists to inspire Christian coaches + entrepreneurs to be diligent in their faith & build BOLD success in their business.

We needed $60K... but God gave us something better.

A few years ago, I had a heartfelt prayer for the finances needed for Lucas and I to start a family. We had just received a phone call from the doctor that left us knowing 3 things:

1. For us, having a family was going to take more time than it does for the average couple.
2. Having a baby was going to cost us more money than it does for the average couple.
3. To grow our family, we would need to jump through far more hoops than the average couple.

Our prayer for the finances we needed answered.

But in a different way than maybe one would think...

God, give me YOUR creativity & YOUR energy going into this work & this work day. Move anything around that you want moved, change anything that you want changed. This is YOUR business, & I am simply just managing it. Thank you for trusting me with this assignment to manage the business that YOU own. Lord I am your servant. I love you. I trust you. Amen.

PRAYER 2
God, please lead the right clients to my page, to my Instagram account, to my business. I only want to work with the people that YOU want me to work with. Lord, help me to serve people well, to love them well, the way you serve & love us. Help me to release any anxiety or tension around making sales & around my business. & Lord help me to rest in the peace that YOU are in control. Help me to show up in the way YOU want me to show up in my business. Lord, I thank you. Lord, I trust you with this business. I am yours. Amen.

PRAYER 3
Dear God, please help me to not create an idol out of my business & out of making money. & if I already have made an idol out of it Lord, please reveal this to me & Lord, please forgive me & prune me Lord so that I may bear fruit & bear the fruits of the Spirit, God. God, help me also to not neglect other areas of my life that you’ve called me to steward. Such as my relationship with you, my marriage, my family, my friends, my health, my home. Lord, you have called me to steward all of these areas of my life, not just my business. So please Lord, show me where my priorities are out of line, & help me to rearrange my priorities & desires Lord so that they would be in line with your good, pleasing, & perfect will. Lord, please forgive me for making an idol out of ANYTHING that is not you. Lord, I love you. I trust you. I am your servant. In Jesus's name, amen.
