1) The Lord provides you what you need. (1-3)
4 provisions of the Lord:
- He provides Himself. (1)
- He provides nourishment. (2a)
- He provides refreshment. (2b-3a)
- He provides direction. (3b)
2) The Lord protects you where you are. (4)
4 characteristics of people who are confident in the Lord during trials:
- They walk, not run through trials.
- They understand the valley is just a shadow.
- They know they don't need to fear evil.
- They remember their shepherd is with them.
3) The Lord promises you how you'll live. (5-6)
4 promises for you you'll live:
- He will give you peace in turmoil. (5a)
- He will grant you the abundant life. (5b)
- He will go after you with His love. (6a)
- He will greet you in His presence. (6b
