2. It's All in Your Head: Four Mindset Spectrums & Where We Should Land

In this episode, we start with a brief definition of a strong mindset and discuss why it is so important for us as leaders to develop one. We progress into four different types of mindsets. Each of these four types of mindsets is on a spectrum, so you will get to see whether you fall more to one side, the other side, or if you are in the middle.
