Kira describes her journey to becoming a life coach and the experiences she had to overcome. This episode is all about self love, self reflection, and self growth. You can't pour from an empty cup. Sustainability, a word tossed around quite frequently, but what exactly does that mean? (SIDENOTE: it is totally okay if you have no idea.) Someone who has been referred to as the Plastic Slayer, it is with great excitement that we introduce to you, Christian. This train-wreck of a year is almost over, lets taking a fucking shot to that. 2020 was a trauma filled bitch, so lets unpack it together.
