On January 13th, 1999 Hae Min Lee (18) went missing. Her body would be found almost a month later in Leakin Park in Baltimore, Maryland.
Her ex boyfriend, Adnan Syed (17), would later be arrested and convicted of her murder based on mostly circumstantial evidence and on Sept, 19, 2022 was freed when a judge vacated his conviction.
This episode is in honor of the victim, Hae Min Lee, and her family.
