PK and BK never thought about this topic until recently when they wanted to change things about their daily routine and there is no better time than the new year to make a change. This is at least what most people think but why do so many fail when it comes to resolutions? PK discusses the change in his mind that happened to him when he started to use the word goal and how setting goals actually started to help show a positive change in his life. He goes into how some goals are continually moving goals that don't have a finish line or never have an end but that it is still good to keep pushing to get close.
