Shenzhen, in der nahen Zukunft. Klara erwacht in einem Krankenhaus aus der Bewusstlosigkeit. Sie hat durch einen Unfall ihr Gedächtnis verloren und versucht, in ihre Welt zurück- und ihre Identität wiederzufinden. Begleitet wird sie dabei von Max und ihrem Vater. Allerdings widersprechen sich die beiden in ganz entscheidenden Aussagen. Wem kann Klara vertrauen? Will Max sie manipulieren?
