05% Arabic - 95% English Azzbda starts at 59:15 (http://soundcloud.com/azzbda/ep-6#t=59:15) Conflict can take on many forms and can happen between us and anyone else in the world. It causes stress on us and the relationships that mean a lot to us. How do we set aside our ego? How do we see past other people's anger? How do we groom relationships so a fight doesn't shatter it? Sharia Walker is the CEO, a trainer, and a mediator at Walker Consultancy. The company specialises in alternative dispute resolution and conflict management. She studied special education and education management before taking a course at the Joan B. Kroc College of Peace Studies at University of San Diego. From that one course, she changed her master's studies and has been working in the field for the past 5 years. She gives a variety of workshops and private training on negotiating and resolving conflicts. For show links referred to in the episode, go to www.mstdfr.com/azzbda-6
