On planet earth at this time we are moving through uncertainty, confusion, fear and discomfort. A paradigm shift is happening as we speak. Many emotions tend to rise and at Uplifting Humans we thought it would benefit the listener to explore the relationship to some primary emotions that tend to dominate our current reality. In this episode we explore "Fear" an emotion that is triggered by the threat of harm, real or imagined and can be for our physical, emotional or psychological well-being. This emotion is one that can leave one paralyzed and our immune system compromised at the least.
