Ultra anti-oxidants are good for fighting free radicals, which are involved in aging, energy and serious illness like pancreatic cancer, skin cancer and bowel cancer.
The problem has been to invent a method to extract these ultra anti-oxidants. It has been unsolved for decades.
Dr Vincent Candrawinata has invented a way to do this with his team at the University of Newcastle, and the product is now being produced and brought to market in an Australian and world first.
